What are the different packages?

We provide four distinct package options. The first option focuses on enhancing a shell scheme. If you have reserved a shell scheme stand and wish to add branding, we offer various solutions to elevate the visual appeal of your shell stand. The second option is our Essential Collection, which features a range of modular exhibition stands intended to replace standard shell scheme stands, delivering a more tailored and distinctive presentation for your stand. The third option is our Comprehensive Collection, which encompasses the same attributes as the Essential Collection but includes a selection of premium enhancements that will elevate your stand into a branded masterpiece. Additionally, there is a fourth option for a fully customized bespoke stand tailored to your specifications. Please complete our Request a Quote page, and we will respond with a complimentary CAD render and full breakdown quotation.

We operate and install at all major UK venues. Popular Midlands Venues include> NEC, Coventry Building Society Arena, Telford International Centre | England Venues > Excel, Olympia, Manchester Central, Farnborough, Harrogate International, Yorkshire Event Centre, ACC Liverpool, BDC, NAEC Stoneleigh | Scotland/Wales Venues> SEC, AECC, ICC Wales. We do not install overseas.

What are the stands made from?

This hybrid approach allows us to deliver the best of both worlds — the efficiency and sustainability of modular framing, with the creativity and craftsmanship of traditional stand building.Every Expoday stand is designed to be robust, reusable, and environmentally conscious, ensuring you get a premium, professional presentation that reflects your brand and values at every event.

Do ExpoDay liaise with the venue and supply all health and safety docs relating to the build?

Yes, absolutely. ExpoDay handles all liaison with the venue and event organisers on your behalf to ensure your exhibition stand build meets every required health and safety, structural, and insurance standard. As part of our full-service approach, we take care of all the necessary documentation and approvals, including:


  • Detailed technical drawings and 3D visuals for organiser approval

  • Comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

  • Public and employer liability insurance certificates

  • Construction Phase Plans and any additional health and safety paperwork

  • Ongoing communication with organisers, venue operations teams, and contractors to confirm build schedules, access times, and compliance requirements

This means you don’t need to worry about forms, deadlines, or technical jargon — we manage the process from start to finish, ensuring your stand is fully compliant and ready for sign-off before the event. Can ExpoDay design and layout stand graphics?

Yes, we can. ExpoDay offers a professional in-house graphic design service to help you create eye-catching visuals that perfectly complement your stand design. Our creative team can handle everything from layout and branding to print-ready artwork preparation, ensuring your exhibition graphics are sharp, consistent, and impactful. Graphic design is available as an optional extra, and we’ll always provide a clear quotation before any work begins. This service is ideal for exhibitors who want a fully managed, stress-free solution — we can take your brand assets, logos, and imagery and produce professional, large-format designs that fit your stand perfectly.

If you’re supplying your own artwork, we make the process just as easy. You’ll receive detailed artwork templates and file preparation guidelines, including specifications for:


  • Panel sizes and safe print areas

  • Bleed and resolution requirements

  • File formats (usually PDF, AI, or EPS)

  • Colour management and print compatibility

Once your artwork is received, our team will carry out a pre-print check to ensure everything aligns correctly before production, avoiding last-minute issues.

Can ExpoDay store stand graphics?

Yes, we can. If you’ve booked multiple stands or events with ExpoDay, we’re happy to store your graphics free of charge between shows. This service is designed to make multi-event exhibiting easier and more efficient — your graphics stay safely stored and ready for reinstallation at your next event. For single stand bookings, you’re welcome to take your graphics with you after the event breakdown. Our stands typically use premium dye-sublimation fabric graphics with gel-edge finishing, which are designed to be lightweight, durable, and reusable. These graphics can be carefully folded and stored for future use, making them a flexible and sustainable option for exhibitors. However, we always advise handling stored graphics with extreme care. While fabric prints are resilient, folding and repeated handling can cause creasing, cracks, hand marks, scuffs or edge wear over time. For the best presentation and colour vibrancy, we usually recommend new tension fabric prints for each event — particularly for high-visibility or product-focused displays. If you plan to exhibit at multiple shows throughout the year, our team can help you plan a multi-event stand package, including storage, reconfiguration, and graphic refresh options to keep your brand looking consistent and professional at every event.

Can furniture requirements be changed?

Yes, we have a range of furniture, please ask for details and we will advise you of all furniture designs and availability at the time of your event.

What are ExpoDay terms for payment?

When placing your order with ExpoDay, you can either proceed to checkout and pay online or choose the “Bank Deposit” option to complete the checkout process without making an immediate payment.

If you select Bank Deposit, our team will then issue a formal invoice outlining your payment schedule. Our standard payment terms are as follows:


  • 50% deposit due upon order confirmation

  • 50% balance payable upon handover of your completed stand on-site

This staged payment structure gives you flexibility while ensuring your stand production and logistics are fully secured ahead of your event. ExpoDay is VAT registered, and all quotations and invoices clearly show VAT charges and payment details. We accept payment by bank transfer or secure online methods as indicated during checkout

As we are midlands based, we can offer most of our services at unbeatable prices for installation especially at The National Exhibition Centre (NEC)

Is Project Management included onsite?

Yes, Indeed, for all stand packages, an experienced manager will be present on-site to represent ExpoDay and ensure that all stands are executed as planned. We prioritize our first-class service above all else.

Are electrics included in the stand packages?

Yes, we arrange mains connection for lighting/sockets, this is included in package. If more power is needed for your stand, we will advise of additional costs and order more power on your behalf.

What other elements can be added?

Given the numerous options available, it is essential for us to understand your goals in order to determine what will best represent your brand and exhibition stand. Additionally, please visit the 'Add Ons' shop page, where you can find popular items such as AV screens, hanging banner structures, platforms, plinths, meeting room areas, and other custom finishes. If the stand you desire is not included in our packages, kindly complete our "Request a quote" form. We will provide you with a quote along with a complimentary CAD design, allowing you to visualize exactly what you will receive from ExpoDay.
