Services

Expoday Ltd provides exhibition stands, display systems, graphics, and related event services including delivery, installation, and dismantling where agreed.

All projects are subject to written quotation and confirmation.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment terms outlined in the quotation or invoice are accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Event Delivery & Installation

Where installation services are included, clients must ensure venue access, permissions, and site readiness at agreed times. Delays caused by venue restrictions or client readiness may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are outlined in individual project quotations. Costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Liability

While all care is taken during installation and dismantling, ExpoDay Ltd cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties, venue contractors, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and stand concepts remain the property of ExpoDay Ltd until paid for in full.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
